- We want every rider to feel empowered and supported while soaking in the scenery at your own pace. However, to ensure the safety and well-being of all riders and volunteers, the main aid stations have designated cut-off times. These times help us maintain essential medical, safety, and support services throughout the day.
- If you are unable to reach an aid station before its cut-off time, our support team at the aid stations will arrange sweep transportation to the next aid station or back to the finish line.
- Please utilize the aid stations along the way to keep you hydrated and fuelled to get you to the finish. The aid stations are fully stocked with a variety of snacks (cookies, candy, bars, chips, local baked goods, etc.), Pickle Juice, Kronos energy gels, Skratch chews, bananas, oranges, watermelon, PB&J sandwiches, water, coke, and Perfect Sports electrolytes. Not all aid stations will have the same offerings. The hydration station offers water, coke, Pickle Juice, Perfect Sports electrolytes, bananas, and energy gels.
- While we try our best to offer snacks/drinks to meet everyone’s needs, if you have any strict dietary restrictions, we recommend carrying snacks that work best for you.
- Ski Patrol First Aid staff are at each of the 3 main aid stations.
- If at any point you feel you cannot continue, please utilize our sweep vehicles by calling the Emergency Operations Centre number on your wristband: 1-833-622-5470
