Our COVID Safety Plan

Northern Pass is committed to creating a safe sporting environment for all participants, volunteers and spectators. With that in mind it is essential that all event participants agree and understand that participating in an event during a pandemic presents certain challenges that will require the community to overcome together. The current situation related to the global pandemic is very dynamic and requires us to be understanding to the ongoing changes and challenges. The rules, guidance and regulations change frequently and are subject to local interpretations and we are doing our best to interpret and apply how that applies to Northern Pass.

All events are subject to all provincial health orders and regulations that may include event size restrictions, cancellations and other risk mitigation factors. Restrictions imposed by Federal, Provincial or Local Heath orders are outside of the control of the organization and may have an impact on our events.

We will continue to keep participants updated via email, on our website and through our social channels of any COVID safety measures being taken for the Northern Pass event.

At The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation, our fundraising events are crucial to funding world-leading cancer research and care at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre. We are as committed as ever to ensuring safe, healthy and inspiring events in the years ahead.

As we plan for this year’s event, we know there are uncertainties with the COVID-19 pandemic and government restrictions. We are closely following the World Health Organization (WHO), Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) and our University Health Network (UHN) guidelines.

One thing that will not change is our commitment to Conquering Cancer In Our Lifetime and as always, we thank you for partnering with us in our mission.

Come ride with us.
